Cancellation Policy
This policy ensures every client receives the full time and attention they deserve, while protecting the schedules of our artists and the integrity of our small business. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

- 20% deposits are non-refundable and required to book.
- Reschedule 48+ hours out — one free reschedule per booking.
- Late reschedules — 25% (24–48 hours), 35% (under 24 hours), 50% (same day).
- Cancellations forfeit your deposit, plus 25–100% of the remaining balance when made under 48 hours.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the remaining balance.
- Late arrivals (15+ min) may be treated as a no-show.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary by service and are communicated at the time of booking.
This deposit reserves your artist's time exclusively for you — time that cannot be offered to another client once booked. Your deposit is applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Touch-up appointments follow these same terms; deposits on 6–8 week touch-ups may be waived when booked by our team.

Notice is measured from the time your message reaches one of these channels, including outside business hours.
Messages sent anywhere else, including replies to automated booking emails or reminders, social media messages, or other phone numbers or email addresses, are not monitored and do not count as notice. Fees apply based on when we receive your message through the channels above.
- 48+ hours: more than 48 hours before your appointment time.
- 24–48 hours: between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment time.
- Under 24 hours: less than 24 hours before your appointment, but before the day of it.
- Same day: any time on the calendar day of your appointment.
We understand that life happens. Rescheduling is available as a one-time courtesy per booking. Your deposit transfers to your new date, and the following fees apply based on notice, calculated on your total service cost:

- Not sure of your availability yet? Let us know. You have 30 days from your original appointment date to book your new date, and your deposit will transfer. Your new appointment can be scheduled for whenever your artist has availability.
- Rescheduling fees are based on when you first contacted us, even if your new date is chosen later.
- If a new date isn't booked within 30 days of your original appointment, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book.
- Only one reschedule is permitted per booking. If you need to reschedule a second time, your deposit is forfeited and you must rebook with a new deposit.
A cancellation is any appointment that is not rescheduled — including situations where a client decides they no longer wish to receive the service.
All cancellations result in full forfeiture of your deposit, regardless of when the cancellation is made. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice also incur a fee on the remaining service balance (your total cost minus your deposit):

We encourage clients to book only when fully committed. If you're still deciding whether permanent makeup is right for you, we recommend starting with a free virtual consultation.
A no-show is any client who does not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior communication.
- No-shows result in forfeiture of your deposit and a charge of 100% of the remaining service balance.
- Future bookings will require full prepayment.
Our artists prepare specifically for each appointment, and session times are carefully scheduled to deliver the best possible results.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show at your artist's discretion. If remaining time is insufficient to safely complete your service, the appointment will be cancelled and no-show terms will apply.
- If you know you are running late, please call (813) 492-5676 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your full session.
Your artist may determine that your service cannot be safely performed if you arrive with conditions that compromise the procedure or your results. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sunburned or irritated skin
- Blood thinners or alcohol use
- Retinol in the treatment area
- Undisclosed previous PMU
- Active skin infections
- Caffeine day-of
If your artist cannot proceed for any of these reasons, the appointment will be treated as a same-day reschedule: a 50% rescheduling fee applies, and your deposit transfers to your new date. This counts as your one reschedule for the booking.
Please review your pre-care instructions carefully before your appointment.
Touch-ups and refreshers are not included in your initial service price. They follow the same deposit and cancellation terms as all appointments.
Touch-ups and refreshers are available only for permanent makeup originally performed at Beauttega. We don't touch up other artists' work. If you have permanent makeup from another artist, please start with a free virtual consultation.
If Beauttega must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to artist illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, power outages, or other disruptions), you will be offered:
- A full reschedule at no penalty, or
- A complete refund of your deposit.
We will notify you as early as possible and work with you to find a convenient alternative.
We recognize that genuine emergencies occur. If an emergency prevents you from making your appointment, please contact us as soon as you are able.
Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of studio management. Documentation may be requested.
