Our cancellation policy protects our artists’ time and prevents last-minute gaps in their schedules. As a small business, we must be mindful of their time, just like any other professional. Thank you for understanding.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.
- Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 25% of your total appointment cost. Your deposit will be applied to your new appointment date.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 25% fee, and your deposit must be used within 30 days. After that, a new deposit is required to rebook.
- No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and a charge of 100% of the remaining appointment balance.
As a courtesy to our artists, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment.
